Nordic Walking
We are here for people who want to widen their sports skills with the modern sport of Nordic walking. We have practical experience, organize lessons, trainings, courses for both the public and instructors, trips, tailor-made programmes. We rent attested sticks designed for this sport. Our objective is to support people in regular outdoors sporting, preferably in nature. We bear the original technique of Nordic walking and the ideas of the project NORDIC WALKING POINT.

Why Nordic Walking?
- It is simple, based on natural walk familiar to nearly everybody. Just take the sticks and set out.
- It is efficient thanks to sticks which set to work the upper part of the body what has a great influence on correct body posture as well as its overall body shaping and building (arm, shoulder, back and abdomen muscles). You get a more straight posture and thanks to correct technique it is possible to relax the difficult part of neck and shoulders
- It is suitable for everybody. At the beginning you invest in the rental of attested sticks and learning the technique, later you only use the acquired skills in places you choose. It is a life-long skill applicable to “stick” sports.
